State of the Bay

On January 22, 2015 researchers, managers, and community members came together at the State of the Bay Research Symposium. The purpose of the Symposium was to share the latest science, explore management challenges, and enhance collaborations and partnerships in our efforts to protect Bellingham Bay. The Symposium was attended by nearly 200 people with over 100 people providing feedback and suggestions for the future actions.

This website is designed to provide information from the Symposium including PowerPoint presentations and a link to the video recording provided by the City of Bellingham. It also includes new information based on the suggestions and feedback received.
