WWIN is a network of people from businesses, community members, governments agencies, non-profit organizations, and educational institutions who are interested and involved in marine and freshwater ecosystems, natural resource education and outreach. WWIN's mission is to support and improve watershed education, stewardship, information exchange and public involvement efforts in Whatcom County.

Specific goals include:

  • To serve the community by providing technically sound unbiased information about marine and freshwater ecosystems, watersheds, and natural resource issues, and provide opportunities for people to support responsible stewardship.
